Iced Mocha or Smoothie with banana?

and then is a CLIF bar better for you or a bag of sun chips?

well, probably the smoothie with the banana...more fruit and vitamins. and the CLIF bar is more nutritionally balanced than the sun chips.

iced mochas are pretty tasty with a nice kick though..

None. Choose Fiber One Original. If you want, you can sprinkle some sugar on top. The ceral has TONS of fiber, VERY low in fat, and only 60 calories for 1/2 a cup. It works great if you are trying to loose weight.

if only these are your choices - then smoothie for breakfast (you need complex carbs for breakfast - they give energy) and Clif bar - it has protein.
