i already saw the other question forum but i wanted to know nonetheless more information about it or a website that reports the heal benefits.

Japanese don't use the oil that's heavy in fat. They also don't load their food with sugar and they eat lots of noodles and seafood. Not all of it is healthy though. They love beer which contains lots of calories. Hope I helped.

They eat more fresh foods and less processed. We eat an ungodly amounts of processed foods here in the USA.

Not all of it is healthy. It seems like they don't put much oil or sugar in their food. But they put too much salt/sodium in it.
