It's called gravity, and those of us with larger cup sizes are subject to it's pull. After a while, the skin can't support the weight any more. That's why they invented underwire!

Not trying to be coy, but you have admit a D cup is pretty large.
There a couple of things you can do. First, exercises. Firm up the muscles under the breast. Second, wear a good support bra. That helps avoid stretch marks and it provides much needed support to that big D cup.
It will be alright.
Peace

The joys of being cursed with big breasts...
I had to deal with that too, ever since I hit puberty oh so many years ago.
Do you wear bras?
Find a good supportive bra so they don't sag even more than they already are. Get sized at Nordstroms or JCPenney or Sears (not victoria secret) as 80% of us are in the wrong size bra.

Welcome to the world of everything slowly sags. With your size breasts you need support all of the time. Even when sleeping wear a sleep bra or tank with a built in shelf. That will help.

Gravity, you have large breasts, they sag faster. Wear bras all the time (when you can). Wear supportive bras.

D cups will do that to you, its normal. They are squashy because they are made of fats, which are pliable. The bigger, the more fat.
