Outside of daily exercise, a multi-vitamin and water, are there some other secrets to energy? I've heard that artificial sunlight lamps are good, but haven't tried them. Are there other supplements that work? What can I do so that I can get sleep a normal 8 hours and actually feel awake all day!?!?!?

What are you eating? Start eating a good (healthy) diet and include fruits and veggies. Junk foods tend to weigh us down and make us tired. Be sure to get in lots of water each day as it really does help.
Get your body into a set routine. Start waking up at the same time each morning (even on weekends) and go to bed around the same time.

It'll take your body some time to get used to, but it'll work if you stick with it.

It sounds as though you are on the right track...you might want to check your diet to see exactly what you are eating and if the food you are eating is giving you energy or making you tired...I will qualify that by saying that sugar gives some people a sudden burst of energy but then afterwards there is a slump and lack of energy...

You might want to try a no sugar, no flour eating regime to see how you feel after that...and check out some of the websites that are available on nutrition and low glycemic foods...I am no expert, but we are in fact what we eat...take care...

When I had no energy I got in touch with a nutritionist guy and he asked me lots of questions and then recommended some things for me to use. My energy levels increased in the first few days using all natural products. After about five to six weeks my energy levels were great. Try www.myhealthabc.com, the site is mostky about losing weight but thats where you can get in touch with the nutritionist. His support and advice have been great and has really worked for me. I hope this helps, good luck.
