i have had no morbid pasts in my life everything has been so joyful and perfect and now for the last year (when nothing has happend) i am extremely depressed. I dont know what caused it and i a soo confused!!!.....help!!!

It is a misperception that something has to happen to cause depression. Often that is the case. But, unfortunatley, Depression can "come out of nowhere" or be caused by something physical. Such as, hypothyroidism, post partum and post stroke depression. I would suggest you not beat yourself up trying to figure out "Why?" and start to focus on how and when you are going to start treatment so that you can once again feel like yourself and enjoy life. You need to have a complete examination and find out if there is anything physical causing your depression. Talk to your doctor and tell him/her what is going on. You shouldn't continue to go through this without seeking help!

Have you undergone any major changes in your life? School, loose a loved one? Have you been eating properly and getting enough exercise? If you can't pinpoint it ,,I would discuss it with your doctor.

have you talked a "psychic",? when people talk to "psychics" afterwards they seem to go into depression.
