find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Cardio and Diet.
If you can make the time to jog daily then that will do alot by itself. Even if you've never ran before, there are progressive guides that can get you going. If you're interested in this, email me via profile and I'll send you one. Don't worry about the BMI, it's a horrible method for measuring where a persons body needs to be; but also stay healthy - don't go radical and try to drop to skin and bones. You know your own body and how you want it to look.
For diet, just watch the junk food, especially soda. If you drink soda regularly, and just stop doing that you'll drop a significant amount of lbs. Replace sugary drinks with flavored water (or diet drinks if you absolutely hate water - not a big fan of diet drinks myself as I'm not keen on the methods we use to get them that way).
Try a special K berry cereal for breakfast for a few weeks, a salad as a man meal or a substitute for sides if you can't get by on that. (watch the dressing as they are sometimes filled with calories - Vinegarette and Oils are usually a safe bet).
Don't snack, or if you do - snack healthy: fruits & vegetables instead of candy bars or snack cakes.

First of all I think you are already too thin but here is a 3 day cleansing diet anyway. It is atucally healthy for you and I have tried it as well. I lost 8 pounds in 3 days. Some may say this is unhealthy but it is just like getting a colon cleanse the natural way!.
Day 1: all you eat is fruits, and you can eat as much as your heart desires with the exception of bananas.
Day 2: all you eat is vegetable, and you can eat as much as your heart desires here as well.
Day 3: you get to combine day1 & 2 and eat fruits & veggies with the exception of bananas.
This cleansing diet also wants you to eat 1 lb of fruits or veggis at one sitting, but I don't think it is possible. So eat as much as you'd like and be ready to use the ladies room often.

Why would you need to lose weight you are already below you bmi. You need to stay healthy. You need to improve your self-esteem and be happy with your self. Good luck

Exercise, exercise and exercise. Eat a proper diet and drink plenty of fluids. The weight will eventually come off.

1. drink plenty of water
2. walk, run, do eliptical training, crunches, etc. park far from the door when you go shopping.
3. do not skip meals!
4. eat healthy! snack on baby carrots, celery sticks, dill pickles, etc.
5. when eating out, drink full glass of water before your meal and order light. Look for the specially marked healthy meals on the menu. avoid the bread basket.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
