how long does it take and is there anything to take the pain away?does the needle hurt?

I have wondered many times if I'm going crazy.I'm paranoid.I always think that someone is going to hurt my feelings or that someone is out to cause me some kind of harm(mostly emotional).Last night I didn't fall asleep wayyyy after 1:30am.
Sometimes all sorts of crazy thoughts pop into my head.They really freak me out sometimes.I am 14 years old and I am wondering if this is just a part of what happens during puberty.Actually,thats just what I say to make myself feel better.
I'm very emotional sometimes.Sometimes i just don't feel like myself.I feel a little depressed sometimes.
I'm afraid to talk to anyone because I don't want them to think that I'm crazy.
PLease Help me!?!

I now that maybe sounds strange,but when am in covarsation with someone i cant concentrate on his or her eyes.I look et him or her in eyes but it seems that i look somewhere else.So the other side look at me very strange ,probably said to him/her self that am not normal!What is going on with me?????Should i wisit the psicholog for that ???Please any good advice for me.???

went to the doctor 2day to say i cant retract my foreskin
replied sit up hear
me:ok done lien down
doc,tryed retracting it himself i jumped wit discomfort
asking is there a problem told me get up put my pants back on
he then said ile b getting a operation i was horrified tought id get a cream and b on my way...i asked can i do exerizes he said they dont work...i asked the creams he again said waste of time..told me ile b seening a specialist urologist..in the next 4months..rather not have the op i said...he told me if i forced it over the head it could get stuck and id b on my way to get surgery done stright away..also said could start bleeding..said the op is simple no worrys..want to no wat ye think any other ways in getting the little man outta hes lar..im 17 from ireland

Why, as a single mom on disability, should I have to take my daugher to a dental school to have specialty work done on her teeth and gums. She has a rare genetic disorder, this is not cosmetic surgery. But no dentist that accepts medicaid will work on her and why should I really trust a student in a dental school to help her when established dentists wont even perform the work that desperately needs to be done. Aren't there any reputable dentists that will do pro bono work? I'm tired of hearing about things that are being done in other countries, what about our children in America. Why should my child suffer because I have a limited income due to disability. Just for the record, the dentist who did accept medicaid and saw my daughter was neglectful and didn't know what he was doing, now my daughter has an abscess and a fistula,that all could have been prevented if the dentist knew what he was doing. Anyone know of any reputable dentist that would do pro bono work on my daughter

Well I had my first fall and hurt my arm :( It seems like I kind of just fell on it really hard I don't think I twisted it, but it happened so fast so I'm not positive what happened. Anyways once I got up I tried to lift my arm to push my hair out of my face and I could BARELY move it and it was really really shaky. Then I tried lifting it up to continue practicing crossovers and I like didn't have the strength to lift it up all the way and couldn't keep it up at all. I can move it around a little now but it's feeling sort of tingly and cold inside and it still hurts..has anyone ever experienced this feeling? Is it something serious or did my arm just go into shock or something?

I just bought this soy protein powder...I mix it like the directions say with water or milk...I personally prefer milk....yet i still get this chalky taste in my mouth, like it has not been mixed. I mix it for a while yet it never seems to get dissolved.

I am new to this....is this how it is suppose to taste?? or is it my brand?? any recommendations??
