Health - 19 March 2007

Quit on New Years Day. Doing very well. but on Friday night I smoked (whilst out) and again on Saturday night. Was smoke free Sunday and yesterday (during the day, whilst at work) I had three!! This morning I have had two..... I dont know what to do! I dont want to start again... but im scared that stopping again will be like going back to Day 1. And its so hard!!! Do I just put it behind me and get back on the patches and just pretend it never happened... will it be like Day 1?! Has it cancelled out my good work for 3+ months?! Please help..?

I have noticed this. If you drink too much of it, you feel AWFUL , but if you drink moderate amounts, you wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed for the day.

my blood tests say that i should be functioning nornally now but still feel as tired, cant lose the weight, my eye brows havent grown back properly
everything I do is a real struggly
I take thyroxine 100 micro grams but feel I need a higher dose

i just meant screaming as a get sick soon as opposed to, say, offering flowers as a get well soon. I invented the question out of an anecdote or urban legend about one child, bothered by all the get well soon, screaming get sick soon at another child singing get well soon.

My personal Demons

Deep down inside me this a dark thing that wants to break free. It has it grasp over
over me it makes me feel like life is'nt worth it all. Like death is the way out.I try
to fight it but its taking over.It's making me hurt my self and people around me.

throught that past week i have been getting cramps, and its like my periods going to come. and im just stressing and worrying about it. it just wont come!
im not pregnant coz i have taken numerous tests and they were all negative.
WHEN WILL IT COME!! i have been getting discharge and cramps!

This really freaked me out! I wasn't moving my fingers. They were moving by themselves. Mainly my left index finger...I was trying to keep it straight, and it kept curling inward like there was some other force making it happen. I do spend a lot of time on the computer keyboard. I am a writer, web designer, and student. I have been taking Celexa, Depakote ER, and Clonazepam for a very long time. I know one of these is known to cause Tardive Diskinesia, but I haven't had any problems before with it (or these meds). I have also been on Zantac for quite awhile (with no problems). I just started taking Singulair and using Flovent and Albuterol Inhalers about a month ago. The most recent changes in my medications is: I just started taking Clonadine about 3 days ago, and I abruptly stopped taking Risperdal yesterday. (with doctor's approval)

Hi I have a 5 year old boy who suffers with cough variant asthma in the winter months, his medication consists of a singular tablet daily and seredite preventive inhaler and ventilion inhaler. He is symptom free during the summer months but throughout the winter months suffers a lot, requiring prednisole steroids on average six times between september and may. I have tried acupunture for the past year but no major improvement. At present i am doing a course of reflexology to see if it makes any improvement. Has anyone tried it with success, or any other alternative that is useful
