No don't do that, Try drinking only Cranberry or Pomegranate for all of those days to replace half your water intake. It will flush the system. Also do not eat Carbs or dairy. Plenty of fruits and only green veggies will do it.
Eat Breakfast and stop eating at or before 5 hours before bed. Also remember to eat small portions, about your fists worth per meal. try getting in about 6 meals a day. Cold water when you work out has been proven to burn more fat.

A healthy diet is a program for life. The best diet being, do not follow any prescribed diets from magazines. They are designed only to sell magazines.
Try this: It's a diet for life, for the entire family. It reduces weight and increases health and energy. Your skin-tone and eyes will brighten, your brain will function better,
Eat anything, but ALWAYS in moderation. Avoid instant or fatty take-aways and junk food. Eat these in moderation, with a frequency of once a week (every 7 days).
Eat very small meals 5 to 6 times per day. Drink a glass of water before each meal. Try to be still slightly hungry after your meal. Then supplement with fruit or vegetables. You should NEVER feel full or bloated. You should Increase your daily exercises, by walking instead of driving short distances. Reduce your intake of sweet stuff and gasseous drinks systematically. Cut back on pastries and bread. Butter only one slice of your sandwich. Take in more fibreous foods (cereals, raw vegetables - see what wonders carrots will do you).
Cooked meals are always healthier than their fried, grilled counterparts. Fresh foods are better than tinned and packaged foods. Avoid salt, it absorbes water which is retained it in the tissue.
Then lastly, only will-power, discipline and diligence will pull you through.

No diet works, oh you might lose weight but as soon as you come off the diet it'll all goes back on, plus a little bit extra. Forget the concept of going on a diet altogether. Instead look at restructuring your lifestyle. Start living healthy, eating healthy and exercising. Forget you weight, that doesn't matter, what matters is how you feel and if you can fit into your clothes.

Oh god they just see you all coming! Just think for a nanosecond. We are all getting fatter. There are no shortcuts.We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way. When I googled loose weight I got 57,500,000 hits. Fifty-seven and a half million!!!!!!

Cut out all wheat products, eat plenty of fish, fruit, drink plenty of water, not juice,
Excersice everyday, cardio , running up/down stairs for gud 5-10 mins, considering ur fitness, BUT before all tht , upon waking squeeze half a lemon in a mug add lil brown sugar, top the cup up with warm water and drink, this will detox ur body and will also work on stored fat, carry this on even when u have lost weight, as u will see the difference in the long run,

None work it is impossible. It may start to work but your body cant preform miracles it learns to adapt to different situations and stressors. sure you can eat nothing but soup and your body may burn fat but this makes your body think that it is satrving and so as soon as you eat solid food it goes stright on as fat and stored as your body thinks there is a shortage of food. best thing to do is eat sensibly, always eat breakfast as it kicks start your metabolism, eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going and make your body think there isnt a shortage of food and dont eat before bed, look to stop eating at about 8:00 depending on sleep and work patterns, also exercise best remedy
