I'm curious what kind of calories per hour I'm burning at my new job. It's house 'gutting'. It consists of prying off lath (tiny boards), smashing plaster with a little sledge hammer, carrying this wood, carrying 5 gallon buckets of the plaster - many times the wood or plastic is carried up or down stairs. All these tasks share about equal time.

I want to liken it to yard work, but it seems like it might be more strenuous. Does anybody have any ideas or a sight that has obscure calories/hr information?

I'm a ~175lb male.

Either way, I know 40hrs a week of this and I should be burning some serious calories.

Every month my husband gets a really bad stomach ache when I am about to start my period or during it. I was wondering if this ever happens to anyone else or if anyone else has heard of it happening? My boyfriend is 26, and long story short...loves beer. He has drank a 12 pack EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for the past 5 years. He stopped for only one month once he found out he had diabetes...but now he's jumping right back on the bandwagon. At first...he used to be a "functional drunk"...I guess he drank so much for so long you couldn't tell if he was sober or messed up. But now that he's getting back into it, he is bi-polar or something...total attitude problem and crabiness. Can anyone else share some insight or experiences?

I have had a tight chest feeling since Thursday its liek not really tight when i breathe it feels like something is blocked that is the onyl thing the feeling start from under your neck mainly middle down to where the ribs finnish the center of that near your stomach and i sometimes get a pain in my ribs (LOwer) i went to the doctor all he said was it looks like an Airway infection so he gave me Biaxsig Antibiotics but does this sound right what he said airway infection and how long does it take to completely go and how can I increase the rate like what things to do?

Ok so i have been havin the discharge its kinda looks like snot its really sticky and such. it clear, white, and sometimes it has a yellow tint to it. i dont know if i shoulde be scared or worried but trust me im already disgusted. it doesnt really have a smell to it. its been happenin for 5 days but stopped today????
and down there hurts like no pain i have ever felt.
but the thing is last month i thought i had a bladder infection so i went to the hospital. they tested my urine and it was supposedly clean. she gave me a antibiotic called cephlaxin...i think that was the name im not sure...cept it didnt help at all.. the pain has been getting worse...

im not sure what to think !!!!!!!

please help!!

and btw im a virgin so dont even go on about i have some nasty STD!!!!!!

I have had pain in the bottom back molars on both sides of my mouth for about a week now. I have had my wisdom teeth removed so I know it isn't that. If I bite down I can feel the pain get more intense. I can feel with my tongue that the gum line there seems to be raw and tender. At first I only felt it on my right side then that pain subsided and got more intense on my left side and during different times in the day the pain comes and goes. Hot and cold foods do not change the sensitivity. I am going to make an appointment with my dentist. What is odd to me is that it happened on both sides of my mouth at the same time. Any clues?

hi there, this is for people aged 16 or older..

when im getting it on with my girlfreind in the bedroom, i find it almost impossible to ejaculate before half hour, for some reason it takes me forever.. the bad thing about it is that the g/f often gets bored and usually end up stoppin half way through..

its getting really annoying now and was wondering if theres anything i can do to help stop it.. hope someone out there can help

hi all, well heres my story about 4 years ago i smashed both my front teeth, since then ive had 1 really bad dentist who wouldn't do anything for me for 4 years, ive just found this other dentist (who i am really pleased with) he as recommended a veneer for 1 tooth and an implant for the other tooth.

i got quoted at £2,100 for this work and agreed to it.

anyway ive had my front tooth extracted and given a temporary denture...i went to have the implant put in last week, but my dentist apologised to me and said there isn't enough bone for the implant and recommended that i need a bone graft and it is going to be 6 months before i can have the implant fitted - (total after this treatment is around £3000)… which is ALL my savings, basically i'm just wanting some advice at to what you would do.

i'm 25 and basically wanting all MY OWN teeth back again to last me for the rest of my life, so I said if that took all the money in my bank then so be it, but ive been reading (cont)

im 14 and fat no joke.im not one of those girls who freak out over 1 or 5 pounds im literally fat at the verge of hitting 300 pounds!!!!!i know that anorexia is bad and so is bulimia but im so sick of seeing skinny girls every where.gym is such a pain also.i mean i love to run and play sports but its so much harder when i have to lug around an extra 200 pounds or 160.dont get me wrong i love life my family and just about everything but my body.im optimistic and everything but i just think things woiuld be so much better if i were skinnier.please help i need answers on this. and dont just say no dont do it .could you give me some tips to loosing wieght and fast cuz i wanna show my gym teachers i can actually do the dum pacer.

I know, it's weird but I was at a bar the other night and a friend was trying to get me to talk to women but I was too nervous. I freeze up around women I don't know. Men don't seem to be a problem (as I'm not attracted to them). Now, I'm still a virgin and have had nothing but crap relationships with women (hence why im still a virgin). Any Ideas? my sister picks her--- back, neck,chest, and face alll over which aggravates her pimples and she breaks out horribly..
she soo needs to stop right now
wehn she stops she always gets perfect skin but shes REALY addicted this time

she wont go more than a minute without touching her acne,,
i love her and want her to have confidence
