It would really help to know if you are male or female. Since you didn't specify and your profile tells me nothing, I will base this answer accordingly.

If you are female, this could be a totally normal secretion and the description sounds exactly like mucus seen at the time of ovulation. You will get the discharge every month if you are ovulating and, as long as it has no odor, it is nothing to worry about and is totally normal.

The pain could be from an ovarian cyst...quite common at the time of ovulation...which will usually resolve on its own. The pain from a cyst is not a monthly thing...it just happens occasionally. Most of the time we get these cysts and aren't even aware of them. If the pain continues, see a gynecologist as you might have an ovarian cyst that will require further treatment.

If you are a male, I suggest you see a urologist since any discharge is not normal. Diagnosis and treatment will be required.
