No, don't give it to her again. Have you taken her temperature? Coughing in itself isn't a bad thing. The purpose of the cough is to loosen up the phlegm in the lungs. Do you have a pediatrician? You should give the doctor's office a call and see what they have to say
. Make sure you give her lots of fluids. The extra fluids help break up the crud in her chest and get it out. It's easy for a small child to become dehydrated and that makes them feel even worse. Do you have something like Pedialyte to give her?
Do call the doctor. It's free and it'll take some of the pressure off of you, not to mention it could help your baby..

Run a steamy humidifier, and if you don't have one take your daughter into the bathroom and ran a hot steamy shower. Barking coughs could be croup which can be dangerous as the airway can swell shut. If your daughter is not better tomorrow call your Pedi to be safe.

You really should have her seen by her pediatrician; the thing about little ones is they can get real sick real quick if they dehydrate. Sounds like you shouldn't take any chances, she could have any number of things and you don't want to mess with respiratory issues. The worse that could happen is the doctor tells you she will be fine! Please, don't wait....

You need to see a doctor. She may have croup. She may have whooping cough. You must keep her from getting too dry. She needs fluids. Water and pedialyte. Will she drink water? She may need antibiotics. Has she had all of her vaccinations that she is supposed to have.

Take her to the doctor. She may have whooping cough and nothing that you can do is going to make it better. Don't give her the cleratin. If you have to- take her to the emergency room, but get her to a doctor.

I would wait to give any more Claritin to her again because you don't know what was dissolved and already in her system. Claritin is an allergy medicine.... why not give her cough syrup?
