There is really no right weight. Conventional charts will tell you that if you are small framed, 107-115, medium framed, 112-126, large framed, 121 -138. You can use these guidelines, but remember your weight may be more or less than these depending on how much lean muscle mass you have. This will make you heavier, because muscle is heavier. And who the heck knows what type of frame they have? If you are in relatively good shape, worry less about your weight and more about body fat percentage, this is a better indicator of healthy body ratio. Good Luck!!!

I would think somewhere between 110 and 135 pounds, but it all depends on your body style. I think it would be more important to feel good, and be healthy than to obsess over your weight.

depends on your gender. . . if you're a female something between 110 and 125, and if you're a male between 120 and 140 lbs, 1.60 mts and female : 52 Kg- 60 Kg, and for male 57 Kg- 63 Kg always depends on your complexion

im 131 punds,, kinda alot
but im really muscly so..idk
w/e the other peple say
but dont wory if u weight like 130 i am and some people stil tell me im skinny
even tho i think im normal
