If you go too long without eating, your blood sugar drops and you can feel shaky. There is a condition called hypoglycemia that can make this condition worse. If you start to feel shaky, try eating some protein and that should help. The best idea of all is to eat small snacks like carrot sticks or crackers in between meals so that you don't get really hungry!

Yes I do. It probably doesn't mean too much. You just have a dip in your blood sugar levels and eating something right away stops it almost immediately. Your friends don't sound very bright. Maybe it's time to make some friends from your AP science class.

Eat your meals on time to prevent this.
Diabetes also causes people to feel "shakey" when they've missed meals.
You two should check with the doc if this is ongoing.

Yes, I become quite shakey when I get hungry, but the reason is because I am hypoglycemic.

It would be smart to have your blood sugar levels checked by the family physician. I get that way and found out it is due to type 2 Diabetes. I keep it under control by diet and exercise.

It's called low blood sugar. or Hypoglycemia. Usually not serious. You probably have to eat small frequent meals. Carry snacks with you.

It happens to me too when I am really hungry. Only if I skipped 2 meals. It's not unusual.
