Yes. I have severe problems with anxiety and have had more physical problems than ever. I also have experienced all of your symptoms. It has taken me years to get my anxiety under control. It's the worst feeling in the world. I was put on meds to control it. I nerver knew for the longest times that it was anxiety that was causing all these horrible symptoms. I had gone to doctor after doctor trying to find out what was wrong, finally it came out that anxiety caused all the symtoms you mentioned. I also ended up on stomach meds. I have to still work on my anxiety. you can do all kinds of things besides meds. You can breath real deep breaths in and out, listen to soothing music, meditate, exercise, etc. Good luck too you.

Stress and anxiety can have all these effects on a person's body. For the most part, most people complain of at least one of these when being seen for stress related issues. Find ways in which you can reduce your stress and anxiety: time away from work, relax, exercise, vacation, yoga, the list could go on but should very specific to you.

If you have problem that wreck your nervouse system , laught it out. Also pray. Pray produces protein in the brain which spread in our body envigorting our dead cells. so where are the atheists now? what are the causes of stress? conflicts, hatred, anger, loneliness, fatigue, etc.

Most definitely. At one stage of my life when I was under a great deal of stress I developed psoriasis; I mean, really badly--literally from head to toe. It only subsided when I became de-stressed.

It can, but you would be wise to see a doctor, as well as viewing http://www.anxietytreatmentnetwork.org/search/? & http://www.selfhelpmagazine.com "stress stoppers" & "breathing", with Dr Marianne Ross. There is also a meditation room; try it out; mantra meditation; repeat: "easy". Tai Chi suits others.
