i had blood tests and ecgs for cheast pain and an xray all came back clear is this a good sign that my heart is ok

It is encouraging, however these can all be normal and you can still have disease! The most reliable test to exclude disease (without being invasive) is an ETT, Exercise tolerance test. Resting ECGs can be misleading.

I'm in a similar position and have been told everything is "normal". I probably have a viral infection with no other symptoms, again. I've decided to change my lifestyle to a much healthier one to see if my symptoms get better. Look up (cardiac) Syndrome X.
