I am freezing cold and the weather is very warm ( I live in the tropics). I cannot get to the doctor right now. Can you please tell me what this is about and how do I alleviate it?

sounds to me like you have a fever. Take your temperature. Take some asprin. If you do not notice a change take a bath. you want the water to be nuke warm. you want to bring down your body temperature slowly. try to not cover yourslef up with a blanket or anything.

If you are not in shock due to bleeding, most likely you have infection;the bacterial or virus get in your blood stream.Do your area still have malaria?.Right now you can drink hot milk cover you self with warm blanket.Find out you have fever on not,if you have take Tylenol rather then Asa if you are a young person.See your doctor as soon as possible.

maybe you're having chills, warm yourself up with a comforter or a thick blanket and you can hug a hot bag inside it..that can cause your fever to go out. If you feel warm already, that's the time you take your temperature and take an anti-pyretic for that. or maybe you have a bacterial or viral infection..try to check if your tonsils are swollen or inflamed. that might be a cause. seek medical help as soon as you can
