I am freezing cold and the weather is very warm ( I live in the tropics). I cannot get to the doctor right now. Can you please tell me what this is about and how do I alleviate it?

almost always when you feel cold and the outside temp is warm it's because you are going to develop a fever. Does your body ache? Are you sneezing? It might be the flu, or it might be your tyroid gland. You are being really inespecific here, i'd advise you to wait and see what develops.

Has this just come on suddenly? You could be suffering from a bout of the flu, which can leave you feeling ice cold even though the room (or outdoor) temp is comfortable to others. Are you shivering? Do you have a fever? If so, try taking some Tylenol or Ibuprofen to reduce your fever, and it should also alleviate the chills. DON'T take regular aspirin- it's not recommended when you have a fever. Otherwise, try phoning your doctor, if possible.

I wish I could help but I've never heard of this. Warm yourself up and get to a doctor as soon as you can.
