Talking to someone may help you with this normal problem. The best thing I can tell you is don't sweat the little stuff. If it's not going to cause someone to die or grave bodily injure it's little stuff don't sweat it.

The World is a crazy place. Just try and make sense of the things around. Most people don't want to hurt someone else. Try and look at it from different points of view. If you think someone is trying to hurt your feelings, do you think it was intentional or accidental and you took it out of context. Another option is your a sensitive type person and the friends you have are not as sensitive. Many different reasons for many things that happen. Try to look at the brighter side of things.

First of all, chill out a little. You are most probably not going crazy (mentally ill). Maybe you are just starting to learn and discover more about relationships and life, which is sometimes riddled with issues. You will have to learn to cope and deal with these issues in a positive manner, which might be hard. Try not to be afraid of other people hurting you emotionally. It is good that you are aware of yourself, which furthermore proves your sanity. Everyone will have mood swings and slight depression at different times, depending on their surrounding factors; this is perfectly alright. You will just have to learn to overcome them, with the help of your parents, siblings, best/good friends, or guidance counselor. Don't keep to yourself if this paranoia/depression continues. It is good to let it out for others to share your burden. Find people whom you can trust.

Calm down. That is just some thoughts running through
your head. You need to find things to do like a hobby
or sports or something. Why would you think people
would want to hurt you or your feelings? You are at
the age where your hormones are out of whack -
chill out. And if you don't want to talk to your parents
about it then maybe you could talk to a school counselor
or something.

I don't think you are going crazy. Just the facr that you ask that tells me you are sane. You need to talk with your parents or the school nurse about these feelings and you should probably seek medical attention. Sounds like some type of anxiety disorder or personlity disorder. Or it could just be a teenager thing. But see a doctor to be sure.
best of luck to you.

Puberty can be confusing . At this age one wants to be liked, so one worries a lot about what other think of us. No adult would think you are crazy. It would be nice if you can talk to your councilor at school. They deal with teens all the time and are quite understanding. She or he will be able to give you tips of how to deal with it and you will have a friendly ear to listen to your problems without judgment.
Good Luck and sleep well.

I think that you are going through a very normal stage of development, have you considered thinking that you may have anxiety? Try to soothe yourself. When you feel manic like this just try to relax and look into mediation. Clear your mind.

You need to ask yourself why you are this way. Everyone goes thru these crazy thoughts even after they have "grown up". You are too young to let these thoughts rule your life. Find yourself a hobby to occupy your mind and time.

It sounds like your hormones are running wild. I really would talk to one or both parents about this. You are not the only one that has experienced this.
