I know that you will die, but what will the death be like?
Quick and painless? Like could you just go to sleep after and never wake up?
Don't worry I'm not suicidal, I'm just curious.

If your stomach was not pumped, you would die of tylenol toxicity or liver failure. It would not be quick and painless.
I've seen it. Last case I saw was a 20 year old female that overdosed on tylenol. She lived for 2 days, in ICU, on a ventilator, multiple IVs, monitor...the works. It was horrible. She died in tremendous pain that the strongest pain medication could not control.
But her pain was no worse than the emotional pain she caused her family.

You very well could die if your stomach is not pumped. It will not be painless, think of the worst stomach virus and case of food poisoning that you have ever gotten and then times that by 5 or 10. That is how bad it will be, also even if it doesnt kill you it will most likely cause your liver to fail and can also cause stomach bleeding. Im not really clear how you can just be curious and ask a question like this without thinking of doing something to yourself. Please get help if you are depressed and especially if you are suicidal.

After eating the tylenol (even such a mass amount) it will probably (on an empty stomach) take around 15 minutes for it to get to your liver and it would fail much like those animals who had rat poison in their food. The thing is those first 15 after that you would have a decision to make and if you do nothing, and your liver fails those toxins will go directly to your bloodstream. So after you are puking and having diarrhea and seizures, you DIE.
