I have a build up of tension in my neck and shoulders and i want to get some massage therapy done but what ways can i myself help it.i got some lavender today and am gonna have a nice bath later with a few drops in it.what other things can i do to help relieve it??thank you

I havent been worrying about little things.my health lately has been dragging me down and i have been pushing against it which has caused a lot of tension to build up

Thanks.moneys not a problem tho.i eat well and i exercise regulary when i can.still have the tension tho

When I feel tense I'll do something like exercise, dance, ride a bike, or go for a walk. Whatever you decide to do make sure you drink plenty of water, eat well-balanced meals and get some rest. If that doesn't work then you can seek therapy but I rather save the money for if you spend to much that'll cause more tension.

Sometimes stress tenses up the body. Expecially in the neck or so area. So, if your under any stress. Try to relieve the stress. OIther then that, you should relax. The bath was a good idea. Sleep should waid it out.

Take a warm bath in the lavendar, play relaxing music and if you have a girl friend then get her to massage your muscles. Stop worrying about little things! Stress will kill you or at the very least make you sick!
