Well I had my first fall and hurt my arm :( It seems like I kind of just fell on it really hard I don't think I twisted it, but it happened so fast so I'm not positive what happened. Anyways once I got up I tried to lift my arm to push my hair out of my face and I could BARELY move it and it was really really shaky. Then I tried lifting it up to continue practicing crossovers and I like didn't have the strength to lift it up all the way and couldn't keep it up at all. I can move it around a little now but it's feeling sort of tingly and cold inside and it still hurts..has anyone ever experienced this feeling? Is it something serious or did my arm just go into shock or something?

It definitely doesn't hurt bad enough to be broken. I kind of think I like squashed my upper arm muscle when i fell (is that even possible?) and now it's just very unhappy with me lol. It's still a little shaky but I'm able to lift it up more than I was able to but it's still lacking alot of strength

Severe bruising, tingleing, numbness and pain are all signs of fractured or broken bones. Go see a doctor and get checked out. The longer you wait the worse it gets and if it starts to heal without medical treatment the bones can grow crooked. Good Luck and put some ice on that to help.

When you fell and hurt your arm you may have pinched a nerve in it. That would sort of feel tingly and cold. You should go see your doctor or an orthopedic doctor and have him take x-rays of your arm to see what it is.
