well i am not fat or anything...i just want to lose a few extra pounds to help me look good this summer...i especially need help with my legs...any suggestions? I just want to be comfortable in a bikini............:)

last weeek on Am radio think it may been the children wish foundation ,asking if cards for a sick little boy that going to be 8 year old and is dying of cancer and all he wants is birthday card I have his address his birthday is on may 30 2007

Im about 5'6 130 pounds. Im not fat but i have extra belly flab but that is my fault. I eat horribly i drink loots of soda, snack at 1 in the morning, eat more then i should even when im full. Theres something coming up in about 3 weeks. Id like to just be a little more toned then i already am. I know i have to cut out all sweets not snack as much, work out eat small plates.
I want a healthy diet. What should i eat for breakfest ulunch and dinner. What should i snack on? And i do sit ups but dont feel like "burn" what can i do to get more toned in my tummy area thanks!

today will be my third day working out but usually after about a week i quit. how can i push myself to keep at it? i took pictures of myself and took my measurements and i hit the treadmill as soon as i get my front door so i don't relax, but how do i keep it up?

I am a 36 yr old smoker,always on the go,i play hard,exersizing,bicickling,power walking,untill knee pain that shoots up and down my left leg,brings me to a halt {for a few days}I often go to bed with restless legs.I am left handed and have poor cerculation from hand to sholder at times.Should i be worried?

Have has a stiff and tense neck for over two months now. How do I release the tension and stiffness in my neck? Sometimes it feels completely exhausted. I have had X-Rays done to make sure it is not spinal but have not done an MRI for a pinched nerve. There is no real pain. Just a feeling of tightness and sometimes a deep ache feeling like my neck muscles are completely exhausted.

Hi!
So, yesterday I got my septum pierced (for those of you who don't know what that is, it's the space in-between your nostrils).

I am just wondering if I should get tested for STD's and the like...the young man that owned the shop had a terrible bedside manner but he pulled clean utensils out of packages and I saw his autoclave and his certificate(s).

But, he said he was the only one working there, yet there were tons of other names on the wall. He was very flirtatious and extremely blunt. My roommate told me that his bedside manner has nothing to do with the cleanliness (it looked extremely clean). Should I get tested? Yes, no?

Me && my friend have been friends for 3 years now when middle school started. He always told me I was the girl who brang the light out of him.
But today at lunch he told that he was leaving, to somewhere no one could find him. 20 minutes later he pulled me aside and told me the heartbreaking news. He gave me the letter from the hospital saying he has a rare case of cancer in his kidneys and only has 3 weeks to live.
I really don't know how to handle this. And the people who he has told aren't taking it as bad. Help anyone?
