well i am not fat or anything...i just want to lose a few extra pounds to help me look good this summer...i especially need help with my legs...any suggestions? I just want to be comfortable in a bikini............:)

Run...it tones your whole body, loses the extra fat, and increases your energy

run/jog at least 1.5 miles a day/5 days a week (which should take about 15 mins or less) and you will be in shape within 2-3 weeks

Jogging is excellent for the legs.

walk at least 30 minutes every day. or try these suggestions...
