i went to Transform in the uk they are well known company and have been doing procedures for over 26 years now and are very well known i had breast implants last october and they are the best thing i have spent my money they look and feel like real and everyone says they look fantastic and my boyfriend loves them - honestly if your considering it you should definatly go for it they also do finance aswell i paid £4000 and its well worth the money . they look after you extreamly well - they pick you up in a taxi from whereever you live take you down to the nearest transform hospital all included in the price and you stay overnight and they give ya a 3 course meal and everything and then take you back in a taxi and you go in and see your local Transform after the procedure to make sure everything is ok - you go and get it done take a look at the website and go for a consultation !!!! I WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND THEM I WAS 19 YEARS OLD WHEN I HAD MINE DONE AND I LOVE EVERY MINIUTE OF THEM WOO HOO XXXXXXX

I haven't had implants, but please take it from someone who is a DD - it's not worth it.

I always tell my cousins who are small chested and want to get implants "at least if you're a smaller cup size you can get bras, fillets, etc. to make them look bigger, without carrying the weight of them, but if you are already bigger there is f all you can do about them"

They haven't got them.

No I don't advise it, but if the shape and size of you breast is making you depress and unhappy then do what you need to do.

Most people seem to ne happy after the op, look around for prices, make sure the doctor is recommended.

about $5000 some people only experiance mild discomfor, other people there body reacts to the implants, and they get infections and sick and other problems...everyone is different. Both of my neighbors have them, and my best friend had them also..those who have them, and it took well swear by them...but its one of those things you can't just jump into.
