The uterus is larger than normal. Sometimes it's cause by infections and scaring over the years.Fibroids are known to to this.

There are many reasons for an enlarged uterus. If the doctor did an ultrasound to rule out abnormalities, then your uterus may just sit high in your pelvis, so that you can feel it. This is usually due to scarring from previous surgery, endometriosis or infection.
If the ultrasound is normal, and if you are not having any pain or menstrual irregularities, there is nothing to worry about. You may just have a uterus that sits higher than the average person.

Dont sweat it I particularly have an ovarian cyst on my left ovary and it has led to me soreness for the perfect year and a 1/2 on and stale fantastically after I were given ultrasounds. usually the ob/gyn will deal with it with birth control so as which will reason the cyst to cut back. it truly is been efficient for me perhaps talk over along with your well being care service about it. smile
