i'm in a real bad mood.... so how exactly do i cheer myself up? any good ideas?

Put in some music and dance around. Even if you don't feel like it just do it.

A funny movie or TV show
Go for a walk out in nature
A really good book
Phone a really cheerful friend
Do some exercises
Go out for a meal with good friends
Eat some chocolate

Your favorite music. An exercise tape/DVD. Watch E-network TV.Write some poetry.Change your outfit.Clean out your handbag . Change handbags. Listen to B-52's.Have tomato soup and a salad-not fattening and lots of vitamin A and magnesium.Take some ginkgo bilobka.,this stimulates your brain with oxygen.

Do something totally crazy like take a knife to your pillows or watch a movie that you have always been to scared to watch by yourself. Scream at the top of your lungs. Pretend to laugh until you start laughing for real. Make funny faces at yourself in the mirror. Write a poem that makes no sence. Make a prank call to one of your friends. Jump up and down on your bed. Pretend you are someone else. If that does not work then try screaming again at the top of your lungs. Go to the mall and make a complete idiot of yourself. If you are a girl go up to a boy you know and punch him in the arm.

wow how weird - so am i ... and its for no apparent reason ... life just sucks! ... but any who - try to cheer yourself up by reading some jokes on line - or talking to someone who makes you feel better -- or what usually makes me feel better - is listening to some CRAZY music - really loud and just SCREAMING my heart out! - it feels so good to let it out .. ( whatever it is )




i dont have many ideas ... if i did id use my own advice! lol

Just do what you want.

Usually I'll listen to old music favorites that are kind of guilty pleasures (like Madonna). I'll just relax, read stupid magazines, buy myself something at the mall that I've been eyeing, go to the gym, etc.

It depends on what makes YOU happy.

Take a walk in the sunshine and try to think about things that make you happy. Hopefully when you get back you will feel energized from the walk and more happy from the pleasant thoughts.

They say sunshine does the trick most of the time. If it's sunny out go chill for a while outdoors. Or call a friend. Laughing always helps me!

Think of nice things. Do something you enjoy to get your mind off of whatever is making you feel bad. Good Luck! Hope you feel better soon.

go outside for a while and just watch the things around you. You might just need some fresh air or a brisk walk.
