Hey guys,
You've probably heard of the 7 year itch in terms of careers... 7 years into your career and nothing happens anymore. I was wondering if the same happens with working out, because I think I'm experiencing it! It feels like nothing's happening to me, despite it being months since I started working out regularly... I spent 1.75 hours doing cardio and weightlifting, and crunches...

I really want to lose weight and gain muscle, especially around my lower stomach...

I had a mammogram done two days ago, I was sent there from my doctor bc we found a lump in my breast. I am only 20. I went in, they did the mammogram. My insurance only covers what my doctor refers also, and after the mammogram they said they wanted to call over and reccomend I get an ultrasound on it also. I did. Well, then after it, they just said okay your done, you can go now. I thought I would get results, a good or a bad. I asked, um So do I get the results from my doctor? and, she said yes, thats how it usually works. If its bad dont they usually tell u right there, they can tell u results cants they? also, do i wait for my doctor to call me, do i call and make an appt? how long do i wait?

And generally live healthily?

I am 20 years old and female.. i have been through a LOT in my life -at the age of 14 my dad passed away - shortly after i was diagnosed with Leukemia ( a blood cancer ) - (I went through 2 years of chemo) shortly after i got 4 surgeries ( both hips and shoulders - due to side effects of drugs i was taking for my Leukemia ) - shortly after my good friend was killed by a drunk driver .. Though ALL this -i am just NOW feeling everything (after 2 / 3 years).I have found this last year that i am soooo depressed - i feel like crying all the time.Nothing makes me happy.I am at a stand still in my life.I feel so anxious all the time. I treat my boyfriend like crap for no reason - just because i am depressed ... is this normal ? i mean i have been through a lot right? i am entitled to be depressed? but why is this happening now? when i was going through everything i was SO Strong .. and now i feel like im falling apart. Can anyone relate? any input would help! - Thanks in advance!

okay, long story here, so sorry for that, but need some piece of mind. I'm 25. Last week I fell down my basement stairs and severly bruised my back and ribs. They put me on pain medication and muscle relaxers for it. And I started to feel better very soon, and was back to work after a week. I stopped my pain meds on Sunday night. Then Monday I started having really bad abdominal pain. I didn't worry about it at first, and then Tuesday night I was still hurting. I thought maybe that because of my pain medication mother nature couldn't run its course and took some milk of magnesia and it worked like it needed to but my abdominal pain increased severly. My fiance wanted to take me to the ER last night because he was scared but because of our limited funds I told him that I'd go to the doc this am. Long story short they are talking something wrong with my ovary, should I be scared, or am i worrying for nothing? Could my fall have impacted this at all? Thanks!!!

2 yrs ago i pinched myself down there really hard (by accident). since then...once in a while I will get a dark purple pimple where i pinched myself...i always try to pop it even though im sure that isnt good...what could it be? Its on the outside..right next to my thigh. My skin usually seems dry around it at that time. And when the pimple is gone it still leaves like a purple mark on my skin...not raised though...almost looks like a bruise or a vein...Please Help!

i have itching like carzy and using cortizone cream the only thing i get relief from is taking benadryl but it makes me fall asleep, i have 2 ques. one is how long should something like this last the itching is so severe its just miserable, is it normal to last over a week or so? second question is the benadry that makes me fall asleep does at least stop the itching temporarily, but i see they have one that says it wont cause drowsiness, now does anyone know it this one would still stop the itching? Because my friend said they have have differnt ingredients and the non drowsy one may not help the itching..i appreciate any suggestions at all-any thing else that may get rid of this-i havent went to dr because have no ins-and cant affors it till payday-thanks

I am a 16 year old girl, and I live in indiana. My mother is diagnosed with bipolar, lately she has been fighting physically with me and Child Protective Services have got involved. My 30 year old sister is willing to take me for a short period of time.

HOWEVER...my friends mother who has adopted her sister's children, is willing to take me in for good. This family lives in California. They are very good people and a great family and are also able and willing to prove all of this. Is me moving out there even possible? I want to be apart of their family and they want to help me. I am 16, do i have any sayso in where i go? I am planning on telling my social worker too...

I have never been diagnosed with ADD but I have taken Adderol and have noticed it really helps my focus and concentration at work and school. I want to speak to my doctor and ask him if he would prescribe me them. Will this be a problem?
