Honey, I am in my mid 30s and I have been with my husband for 20+ yrs I can tell you it worked for a good 15+ yrs before I got pregnant. I can honestly say that with a little prayer and the right timing allswell.

As long as it is followed consistently and with the "coitus interruptus" method it works fairly well. I have two kids spaced 4 years apart and it was my birth control of choice. (Note, I am married and I was not out having casual, unsafe sex. I don't want to give the wrong impression.)

You can track your ovulation online with an ovulation calculator. This will help a lot. I did it for 4 years, my computer crashed and I got pregnant a month later. Good luck!

Only used it before each of our children were conceived. Worked like a champ.
