I've been taking Vicodin for feet/ankle pain, I normally only take one a day..but there are times I've been taken two a day. They are 500 mg. and I guess i have been taking them for amost a year now. I DON'T want too get addicted to them, I'm NOT abusing them any, i don't think....
How can you tell if and when you are addictied?
I'm 50 years old...The one doctor said I was being HARD ON MYSELF...but I do have the pain!!

I need to lose about 120 pounds...... I know this is a lot of weight. But I have cleared my home of all "Junk Food" and bought salad size plates to control portions. I have four young children and am a housewife. I cannot get out of the home to exercise. I go to the stores and park as far away as possible and walk around the store a little extra to move more. I have a stationary bike. Are there any execises I can do here at home to help me. I have no stairs in my home. And a small backyard. My doctor said I can exercise but now I dont know how!!!!!! Any help would be GREAT!!!!!

I am 38 years old and have always had a strong stomach. Within the last 3 weeks, I have become susceptible to any strong smells. Body odor, baby or dog poop. I am unable to even be around them without gagging and puking. What has happened? Obviously being a male, pregnancy isn't a possibility. I really need some advice. it is so uncontrollable that I am thinking about seeing a physician.

Would like a few reasons to live. Have two kids that my husband is telling I am crazy. I am not. have disease which causes pain, so my husband is sick of me and asks for a divorce. I treated him very well. No reason to be here anymore.
Too tired and too much pain that people don't think is real. No friends, no family, so would like a reason to be here on earth.
God has given me way too much and at every turn I am dealt with more. I am not crying "why me?", I'm saying "please stop"!

if you only eat
1/5 of a cerial bar(it = 15 cals)
1/4 of a rice cake(= 14 cals
1 tablespoon of raisons(= 15 cals)
5 saltine crackers
5 grapes

and yes it is all measured!~!

running like 2 miles a day too??
is this or not?
what would have to change for is to be?

oh and the person is not too skinny?
they are a little bit over weight!
can it still be considered anorexia?

i just started work in a supermarket from 10pm- 6am stocking shelves. Its very physical work-Climbing up and down ladders/ pushing trolleys etc. And iv noticed that ive lost a few pounds(I havnt been eating any differently) Break is from 2-3 where i dont eat as I have a big meal before I go to work. I normally sleep till 2/3 the next day

Is that work enough exercise?

I'm 19, 5'9, male weighting somewhere around the 130's. I lost around 70 pounds in about 1 year by just doing a diet. I wanted to lose weight mainly to get rid of my man boobs. They have definitely decreased a lot especially in the first few months, but over the last 3 months nothing much has changed I'm still left with a small portion of them. However, yesterday I looked in the mirror and noticed that they're smaller than before. Should I be worried or do you think that if I start going to the gym, they will go away for sure? I eat properly every day and stuff so I don't know what else to do, I hope this doesn't involve surgery.

This happens on and off. Alot of times I wake up and I have bumps/rash forming on my ankles, stomach, chest, and sometimes arms. My boyfriend, however, doesn't experience any of this at all. Sometimes it iches so badly that I draw blood and have scars on my skin from where I've scratched the scabs too. thats my own fault*. But do we have bed bugs or some other critter in our bed? And why do I only experience these things and not him? How do we get rid of them?

Is it normal to have like a burning I guess you can say when your period is coming down? like I have bad discomfort since my period came down a few days ago. The burning was mainly when it wasn't coming down just spotting now that it's a tad heavier though the discomfort isn't there nearly as much but it still is a little you know? could anyone tell me if this is normal or if I might have something wrng?

She gave me anti- biotics but its been 2 and half days and my throat doesnt feel any better.
