I am currently using Saba weight loss along with my Dad he's 50 and I am 24. We both have had excellent results. It is all natural and contains borojo fruit it is the only drink that contains this fruit that is Very high in Amino Acids. I have used it for 4 weeks lost on average 1-2 pounds a day and my dad has lost a total of 30 pounds. no point doing it fast as unhealthy and crash diets have no longevity to them. People lose it quickly and put it back on. If thats what you want then go on cabbage diet, nothing but cabbage but prepare your family for it as you will be in bathroom all the time.

Best bet is to have a lifestyle change and gradually lose weight through healthy eating and regular exercise. There is no easy answer, forget diet pills and promises of fast weight loss.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Weight loss is 80% diet! Cut back-but don't starve yourself-your body will store fat. I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks from changing my diet. I stopped drinking cokes-only water and skim milk. I look at all labels for fat and sugar content. I went on a high-protein/low-carb for 6 days(not healthy for a long time) I drank protein shakes-ate grilled chicken, fish, pork tenderloin. I had peanuts(unsalted), salad, and dark leafy greens-not a big fan! I didn't eat junk food-except when I had a huge craving-but I would, for example-take a little bag of chips-eat 2 or 3 and put them up. The little bag would last a week! I have some really good websites I love! Try them out!

1) eat foods that require lots of energy to digest instead of starches and sugars
example: fruits and vegetables

2) eat foods that are satisfying with lots of taste that are low in calories
favorites: oranges, soups, jello, cinnamon flavored cooked carrots.

3) take the food you are going to eat and put it on a plate, all of it. That way you can see how much food you are actually going to put in your body.

4) eat balanced meals, not just your favorite foods.

5) to lose a little, you gotta leave a little behind. dont clear your plate!

6) exercise: i like to get a good drenching sweat every now and then.. When i can do things physically it makes me feel that things are possible mentally- (which food for me is a mental issue half the time)

Well I lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks which isn't healthy, but I got really depressed over an incident that happened and I couldn't eat. Take it as you like but it was fast and everyone noticed.

For my wedding, I had to loose about 15 lbs to fit into my mothers wedding dress...well, that and I needed to shed a few lbs for myself. But anyways...I went on Nutrisystem. The food was good and if you think about the cost of it...you would spend more buying your meals everyday at the stores. I ended up loosing 18 lbs. On my honeymoon I did however gain some of it back, but I'm still down about 12 lbs. I don't eat their food anymore but it has trained me to not eat so much and introduced me to things I thought I would never eat. Good Luck! Oh, and I lost the 18 lbs in two months.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
