What kind of spot? A spot a tea? just wipe it off, maybe it's just a booger!

I think the only way you should be worried is if you lookin' for love in all the wrong places and using the wrong accessory.

I would attempt to treat it as a skin abrasion. Next, I would wonder if it's skin cancer due to sun exposure. Then, I'd have it checked out by a doctor.

I wouldn't worried less about disease you could catch, but rather why it won't go away.

better access for HIV? I wouldn't think so unless you had your nose where it shouldn't be or something like that.

If for some reason your spot on your nose is an open wound and it somehow made contact with someone that is HIV who also has an open wound. And both your wounds touched and exchanged fluids, then yes, you may want a HIV test. But, the likelyhood of that happening would be minimal and very unlucky.

You don't say what it looks like but a spot doesn't allow things to enter your body
