My ex used to take it with great results. As far as I know, there is no harm in taking it. Ask around at your gym to get other opinions and consult a doctor to be sure. Happy working out! :)

Yes, creatine is found naturally in the muscles.

Only thing you have to watch is take it for 2 months straight, then give your body a 1 month break.

If you don't, your body will stop producing it natually.

I've read somewhere that creatine can cause you to dehydrate so you have to drink a lot of fluids. It uses the water in your body to help build muscle.
