It's malnutrition, not anorexia. anorexia is a psychological disease.

Ok, I read your other questions and can see that this is YOUR diet.

Listen, you are being counter productive for fat loss. The fact that you don't have the necessary ingredients in your body to perform normal body functions reverts your body into starvation mode and in turn, you will force your natural chemistry to hold onto as much fat as possible as a survival mechanism.

If you're serious about getting LEAN, not skinny but lean. Meaning losing fat, I can assist you with a proper diet. What your are doing is archaic in manner, meaning its outdated. You are in turn only going to become a smaller fatter version of yourself.

Proper nutrition is not that hard to maintain but you have to make a commitment to eat properly. remember, nobody ever got fat eating vegetables. Eat as many as you can daily. Get protein in your diet (ie: Fish, Chicken, Eggs, Soy products, red meat in 6oz portions). Moniter your carb intake (that's all your eating right now.

You have to eat to lose fat or your body will block the fat from being burned off during exercise.

If you email me, I will assist you further. I'm not selling anything, I just suffered from the same archaic thinking as you do when I was your age so I'm willing to help.

Heritage Dictionary defines anorexia as 1.the loss of appetite especially due to disease 2. anorexia nervosa :
A psychophysiological disorder usually occurring in young women that is characterized by an abnormal fear of becoming obese, a distorted self-image, a persistent unwillingness to eat, and severe weight loss. It is often accompanied by self-induced vomiting, excessive exercise, malnutrition, amenorrhea, and other physiological changes

My personal opinion:
This person would have to evaluated by a medical professional to determine the root cause of this behavior and to give it an appropriate label. Often times more than one psychological illness can co-exist. Many diseases other than psychological disoders can cause anorexia..cancer being one of those. Anorexia can also be drug induced. The behavior in my personal opinion does indicate some obsessive behaviors that are associated with anorexia nervosa. You did not state if this individual is loosing significant amounts of weight....bulimics often do not loose a lot of weight but abuse food and themselves through other methods. Hiding and binging then throwing it back up or using laxatives. So, what you see on the surface may be more involved than you think. I hope this person seeks some medical advice. Malnutrition can be dangerous. People can die from these eating disorders. Some starve themselves to death and have heart attacks, bulimics sometimes rupture their esophagus. I would encourage this individual to get help.

Its definitely the start of anorexia. if you keep this up then you're just heading down the path of another statistic who died from it. Running 2 miles with basically no food in you will eventually lead to heart failure. The reason we hear about people dieing from anorexia is because some people are taking action in the prevention of it by scaring girls like you. They're not trying to turn you into a stick! By the way guys don't like skinny girls.

Its not anorexia yet. Body weight must be below a certain level for it to be anorexia. But keep going and it will be.
