i just started work in a supermarket from 10pm- 6am stocking shelves. Its very physical work-Climbing up and down ladders/ pushing trolleys etc. And iv noticed that ive lost a few pounds(I havnt been eating any differently) Break is from 2-3 where i dont eat as I have a big meal before I go to work. I normally sleep till 2/3 the next day

Is that work enough exercise?
