I'm 19, 5'9, male weighting somewhere around the 130's. I lost around 70 pounds in about 1 year by just doing a diet. I wanted to lose weight mainly to get rid of my man boobs. They have definitely decreased a lot especially in the first few months, but over the last 3 months nothing much has changed I'm still left with a small portion of them. However, yesterday I looked in the mirror and noticed that they're smaller than before. Should I be worried or do you think that if I start going to the gym, they will go away for sure? I eat properly every day and stuff so I don't know what else to do, I hope this doesn't involve surgery.

They will continue to get smaller , & eventually be gone completely. Maintain eating a reasonable number of calories daily , & develop an exercise/workout schedule you will be able to live with.

Talk to a trainer at the gym , & they can help you w what specific machines & exercises will be best for developing your "new" chest minus those "man boobs"

Good Job !! Keep it up!!
