Hi. You can use Benadryl for nighttime itching, and try Claritin for the daytime. If the rash came out of nowhere, would consider it an allergic reaction. Have you used a new soap or laundry det. or skin lotion?? Try washing skin with Dove for sensitive skin, try moisturize with light coating of Vaseline, and keep trying the hydrocortisone. Hope it gets better :)

how big of an area does this cover...i have 2 remedies for you..
SKIN INFECTIONS: Applying honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected parts cures eczema, ringworm and all types of skin infections.

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
spray chilled vinegar to stop the pain,
apply a paste made with vinegar and cornstarch to draw out the itch..

also recommend drinking 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of water 3 times daily..add some honey if you need to..

good luck

put neem oil on it. then, start taking neem bark capsules and 1 table spoon of coconut oil per day. then you won't have atopic dermatitis anymore.
