I really need to lose the weight as fast as possible while still being safe. I have struggled with going from eating very light one day to binge-eating the next day. I also have a hard time exercising because I don't have anywhere to go to do it. Please give me some ideas...

I know this is a bad habit but I smoke. Anyways I have blood work I have to do in the moring, I had to fast since 9pm and wondering if a bedtime smoke would do any harm or not to the outcome of the test or not.

Anyone know anything about frequent ecstasy use (over about a year or more) leading to anxiety issues, or any type of issues with becoming abnormally paranoid when using marijuana, or having problems remembering things you were planning to do just a few minutes previously?

Any known treatments for this type of issue (i.e. Lexapro?), and any amount of time that one could expect it to resolve itself?

Does anyone have any advice about frozen shoulder.
I had it in my left shoulder for over a year it,s better now but it,s gone to my right shoulder now the pain is terrible i have had cortisone injection in it but no relief from pain.
Should i excercise it or not? I am age 61.

Three or four years. I am usually a happy person,. but sometimes when something get's messed up or in my way i am in complete depression. I have problems with my family, and Ive contemplated suicide when I was 12 or so. I grew up in a dysfunctional family. It's not hormones too. what is wrong with me? It's like a roller coaster, im happy for afew months and then like two months i get depressed. I'm fearful for my future, too.

okay so I took a little too much benadryl, about 350 mg. (I wrote about it in another question) I dont think itll be a big deal, but now I have to take a few more pills.... some lithium, deplin, remeron, and effexor. My mom will know if I dont take them, and I am not telling her anything about what I did. I dont want anything to happen though, if I mix those meds with the benadryl. Should I try and postpone taking my meds for a bit or should it be okay?

My breasts are not sore, but my nipples are tender and sore when something slightly touches them!!!! I got off bc a couple months ago....had normal periods since then. I had my period 2 weeks ago so I don't think I can get pregnant??
