My daughter is 9 years old and has had strep twice in the last two months. She had her tonsils taken out a couple of years ago for this reason. She has had a low grade fever for atleast a month. She is tired and isnt eating well. I took her to the doctor because of a swollen, painful lymph node under the right side of her jaw closest to her ear. He stated its just that her little system has been working overtime, with her having strep twice in two months and now she has bronchitis. Does that make sense or do you think that he is just guessing?????? Please help!!!!

im 16 years old, and i play sports about 5 hours a week.. im going to see a doctor soon, i'd just like to know what it could be.. It does a very notable cracking sound. someone told me it could be a lack of fluid around the knee joint, but this usually occurs in old people.. any ideas ??

Has anyone ever had this test? My Dr. has scheduled this test for me this Friday. But I am already diagnosed with asthma and don't really understand the point of the test. I have bad allergies, which are the main cause of my asthma. I take Singulair once daily, which seems to help a lot. But I still have some impairment with my lungs. I am a little nervous about taking this test.

we take antibiotics during high fever or any such diseases.we r also given antihistamines along with it.what r these actually?what will happen if we dont take them? what will happen if we dont complete the course of antibiotics????????

my sister, a mother of three children and wife of 38years old, has suffered from lumps appearing on most parts of her body for the past 6/7 years, they appear on her face, neck, under her breasts,groin and almost everywhere on her body.They are extremely painful and embarassing. She has seen her GP and a consultant in Blackburn,the consultant knows what it is but says it will be with her for life and that there is no cure and no name for them.Which i find strange,she has to put a pink scrub wash on her body four times a day and everytime she sees the consultant is given a different antibiotic etc.she cannot go anywhere and it is causing a lot of aggrovation within her family etc . The lumps look like boils or cysts and as one dissapears leaving a small scar where it was, another appears somewhere else.

I'm male late 21's and already taking meds for high blood. 2 months ago, I started having slight adominal pains with gas, went to doc, but everyting was normal. For some time now been getting heartburn everyday. Now for the last 2 weeks, my blood pressure has increased, my left hand has been feeling weak and my eyes seem to be red all the time now. Anyone know why I am having this symptoms? Just wanted to get some input out there before my doctors appointment.
