I think that the iron, sticking to the magnet in your blood stream will clog your veins...

There's not enough iron in blood cells to do much from a common magnet. Even the magnet in an MRI won't cause damage.

Many people with arthritis wear magnet bracelets permanently to reduce the pain. As far as a regular magnet, why would you want to?

I think the only magnet you have thats going to upset your hand is further down near your pelvis.

No, nothing bad will happen to you with a magnet is attached to your wrist. Many people wear them to help with arthritis, and they actually help.
