I have found BLISTEX's DCT (Daily Conditioning Treatment) works very well to treat dry lips and stops the peeling. It comes in a tiny round mauve colored container.

Buff your lips with a dry toothbrush to get the chapped skin off of them and then use a really good chapstick on them or vaseline or vicks vapor rub
