I wear earplugs every night when i sleep and I was wondering if it can hurt the eardrum or hearing or anything.

If you do not maintain proper care of your earplugs, dirt and debris can buildup and cause ear infections. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with using earplugs to help you sleep.

Clean your earplugs often. If they are the disposable type, then change them frequently.

yea, it can pack in those potatoes and dirt deeper into the lobe and you won't need earplugs for things to be silent after awhile
