my husband cant last longer than 3 minutes, he says its cuase im too tight, this has been going on for about a year, any suggestions on how or what he can do to get longer time out of him so I can enjoy myself for once, and no he doesnt want me getting any toys why!!!!!??? i just dont understand, can one of you men out there give me some advice please, and i wont cheat on him either, and yes he knows this is a problem and he just says well what do you want me to do about it, so can someone help me please, he says he feels bad when hes done but i think hes lying and just doesnt care if i enjoy myself or not. should i cut him , should i get him really horny and walk away and ask him how it feels or what? im deperate here, please help.

It seems like one night per week I end up with absolutly NO sleep at all. Its weird. I sleep well the rest of the time but it never fails, I toss and turn and lay up all night unable to sleep. Am I getting sick or something?

Would you use an environmentally friendly, packaging free supermarket?
i.e. one where you brought in your old coffee jars, detergent bottles, egg boxes, washing powder boxes etc etc and had them filled up. It wouldn't sell everything, but most of what you need. If you had no container, it would be supplied in a paper bag, or in a container you could re-use next time. Products would be the same trusted brand names that are sold everywhere else, not cheaper, inferior versions.
Concerns about food in tamper-free containers would be addressed.
Please answer honestly as I'm opening this shop next year, and this is my paper-free, environmentally friendly market research! (Well, it's relatively green compared with mailshots, paper surveys etc..)

Dr Kendrick writes...Statins DO NOT protect against heart disease by lowering cholesterol...the protection provided by the taking of Statins is so small..as to be not worth bothering about...balanced with the side effects.

I've been taking Statins for several years.. and so are several members of my family (male and female) I would be interested in any professional views or suggested alternatives on the subject.

I have a very good friend who suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis she has suffered with it for many years and is reliant on a wheelchair 80 percent of the time she does not have alot of money as she cannot work she is only 29 and I love her like a mum I dont live nearby to help her but she deserves a break shes been through alot and all I wish for is to make her life a little more bearable she has seen doctors but cannot afford much help please if there is someone out there who can help would appreciate it so much

I just read somewhere that if you dont pop the white heads that they eventually will cysts? If thats the case, then that is my problem.. I notice I have a lot of white heads on my forehead, around the eyes, and on my jaw line... Some of the white heads cyst... What should I do? I wash my face twice a day. I put mary kay spot treatment on the ones that cyst. I wash my face with warm water, but I also read that I should steam my face so my pores would open to get all that dirt out. I would wash my face with really hot water but it would make my face really red. I have tried tea tree oil but that doesnt seem to really help. Any suggestions?

I'm 6"3, 270lbs and have been going to the gym 4 times a week for at least an hour a day for the past 3 months. Finally after pretty much getting no results I took the advice of a fellow gym member and bought some Whey Protein and I was wondering when is the best time to use it ?

Sorry for miss informing all you polite people, But I have to add, unfortunately, my G/f also burps like a bloke, does not say much about us blokes, but what happened to female etiquit (if thats how you spell it) oh yes, also.... once she releases that big belch, he breath stinks and she wafts it at me, I have endured this fo nearly 2 and a bit years now, should I a ask her to brush her teeth atleats 17 times a day. help help help, no funnies please as this is now close to DEFCON 1

Some nights I will be right on the thresh hold of falling asleep, then my body will jerk and I will wake up. I feel really really light tingling in my limbs, I'm breathing harder than usual, feel dizzy, and am scared. I have no memorization of dreams or anything of that nature. I went to to a doctor and he said it was anxiety. Has anyone else felt this before and know what it could be? I think I'm going to see a doctor again on Monday. Thanks..

For the past couple of weeks i have been waking up at around 5am unable to breathe with a very tight chest, its so bad that i have to get up and wait for the wheezing to subside (about 2 hours).
Am i working too hard or does anyone recognise these symptoms, i did suffer from asthma as a child, has it come back?My wife says i should go to the hospital, but you know what men are like.

Hello!

I am looking for some kind of product for my teeth to get whiter with, does anyone know of some kind of toothpaste or product that i can use?
I have got braces so i need to be able to use the product easily withought any hassle.
I dont particualrly want to go to my dentist, as it costs hundreds to get my teeth whitend!
My teeth arnt really white, or exactly stained yellow either, there just in-between.
