It seems like one night per week I end up with absolutly NO sleep at all. Its weird. I sleep well the rest of the time but it never fails, I toss and turn and lay up all night unable to sleep. Am I getting sick or something?

anything warm like warm chamomile tea or even better yet warm milk because warm milk produces the enzyme needed in order to drift you off to sleep. If you are lactose intolerant, warm chamomile tea. Passion flower also is helpful as well and also helps with hyperactivity and epilepsy. How many caffeine drinks are you drinking per day?
