She should talk to a councellor, they can give her all the help she needs. Just tell her you will always be there for herand the besy thing she could do is talk to a profecional. You've got a lot going on in your life, I know cause I always answer your questions. I think the best thing you should do is not get too involved, you don't want to do self harm. When helping someone you should try to stay emotionally detached, so you can make a non-biased judgement on the situation. Hope this helps x Good luck !

First of all, don't panic, that is not going to help at all. I suggest that if you can't handle this, maybe you should tell her that you have the right to not hear about this and to seek somebody else to talk too for your mental sake. Explain to her why you can't handle it and stay out of it. But since you are her friend and you might want to help her then I suggest that you tell her that is not her fault, and that everything is going to be OK. Tell her to calm down, and that you will always be there for her no matter what. In the future, try not to talk about too much with her. Be there for her, make her feel like she's not alone. I am so sorry you and your friend are going through this, is a very sad situation. I am very sorry.

Find out some information of where she can get help from, be there to listen to her and when she ask what she should do then you can give her the information that you collected..

Yes it is hard to get over, and as long as she has one person there on her side she has a good start

She needs to call a rape crisis line. There are some that are 24/7. You can find them listed in the yellowpages. She can get in touch with an organization called RAINN as well. I think the website is: http://www.RAINN.org

This organization helps women like your friend thru ordeals like this. I'm sorry to hear that she went thru this.

Just be there for her and help her to know that it's not her fault. If she need someone to listen and be there for her, do it. She may want to talk about it sometime. Just be a true friend. What she went through is not easy and can be very very painful.
