Try soaking a tea bag in hot water, then applying it to your face. That should help bring it to a head. Black tea is fine, but chamomile tea is fantastic.
If you still have it tomorrow, cover it with a small band-aid. It looks kind of dorky, but much better than a huge pimple (or huge burst-out sore). I actually saw someone on TV just now who had a band-aid on her face. Trim the edges of the bandaid and leave just enough to stick on your face.
Hope it's better by tomorrow!

If you have apple cidar vinegar - rub that on it. You can also use lemon juice. You can put a dab of toothpaste on it overnight and that should significantly help it dry up. And apply honey on it to help with the swelling and redness.
Just don't do them all at the same time.......Good luck!

You can give toothpaste a try. I have only heard people say that I have never tried it. Also maybe taking a cotton ball and putting rubbing alcohol on it may dry it up if your skin is oily.
