I'm worried because my period is delayed, but I didn't have sexual intercourse. Am I just being paranoid?

Unless the man had semen in his mouth at the time, you can not get pregnant from cunnilingus.

No, unless there are sperm cells in your partner's mouth.
If there is any uncertainty about your or her STDs, or even either of your general medical
statuses, a barrier prophylaxis is a must. This should apply for any new partner as well. The most frequently used barrier method is the usage of dental dam. If you are not able to buy it, you can easily make one by cutting up a condom. Always check the expiration date of the condom, to
make sure it’s good to be used. Unroll the condom and use a pair of sharp scissors to cut it’s tip
off, and then cut down one side of it lengthwise, so that you get a long latex rectangle. Plastic
wrap can also be used instead of dental dam.
To make cunnilingus more pleasurable and exciting, put a drop or two of lubricant to the side of
the barrier you are using that will be touching your girlfriend’s vulva. This will help in giving her the
feeling of receiving unprotected oral sex.

The press may say oral sex is having sex, but you are unable to get pregnant with out the penis ejaculating into the vagina. I do have a few friends that did heavy petting, never hard real penetration, but did become pregnant because the man did ejaculate near the vagina, but not as far as the mouth.

Sperm has to come into contact with an egg to get pregnant. Sperm is a powerful swimmer, but it needs to be close to your body to get in there. So unless he had sperm in his mouth, I highly doubt it. Quit worrying, stress can delay a period.

Nope nope nope. Unless sperm is transmitted orally to the vagina, and still, I'm doubting that the little swimmers would be preserved on the trip and then make it up into contact with an egg starting from a point external to the vagina.
