Hi buddy

The head ache might be due to hyper tension. How often you get head ache? The head ache may also be due to synas trouble also. If you have one side head ache then the head ache is due to migrane and such head ache is called as migrainil head ache. For those kind of aches you must strictly avoid oily and sour foods for a month. You must take a tablet called migranil. Taking this tablet for a month and avoiding oily foods for a month will help you to get rid of head ache. To healthy lips just visit the link.

Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

well have you ever had a head injury? When was the last time you had an eye exam? Several things can cause headaches. I myself get frequent headaches because I was in a car wreck and my back and neck will get out of line. After I go to a chiropractor I feel good. If it has been a while for an eye exam you might want get your eyes checked, this causes your eyes to strain..stress, lack of nutrition..if none of this helps maybe ask your doctor about being put on a Beta blocker, this really helped my headaches.

As others have stated, don't ignore it. Go see a dr. about it. I was diagnosed by my neurologist with migraines and after having an MRI they also found I have Multiple Sclerosis. The migraines are not a symptom of MS but I think in my case they were a side effect so it doesn't mean you have something like MS but you really do need to go find out what is causing them. There are meds available to help you too. I was never so happy to discover relief was out there for these miserable headaches!

see a doctor. there are a zillion things that can cause a headache, from a bad tooth thru to a pinched nerve. stress and high blood pressue issues are serious. keep a log of your pain pattern and draw a picture of your head and back and indicate where it is hurting and the type of feeling you have. throbbing stabbing ect. this will help a doctor alot on the initial visit.
