The information provided is somewhat lacking. You haven't provided us with any info about your current diet, or the quantity (and quality) of the exercise you are providing yourself. If you're driving through McDonald's everyday and ordering 6 Quarter Big Macs, it is no mystery why you're voluminous.

Suggestions:
Check your diet, make sure you're receiving proper nutrients from the food you consume. If necessary, begin taking a vitamin supplement to fill in the gaps.
Exercise 5 to 7 times a day, alternative between weight training and aerobic exercise. It might suck a little...or a lot, but it pays off in the end.
Don't stick your fingers down your throat.
Finally, if none of those things outlined work, consult a trained medical professional and he or she will make suggestions based on more accurate information.

It really does take a lot of work, discipline, excersize(thats a biggie),and its best to eat5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 large meals. Try those frozen prepared meals where the calories and fat are already counted for you. I also strongly believe that its not so much what you eat,it's the amount you eat. Im also one that has to really watch, things that normally wouldnt make most ppl gain weight, will make me gain weight,I gain it too easy, and I have to work harder than most. Drink lots of water too! Dont restrict food though, that will only in the long wrong slow your metabolism and cause you to gain weight, even though your barely eating. Stay healthy, and remember some ppl are prone to being larger, there isnt one "RIGHT" size. As long as your happy and confident in your own skin, and healthy, thats what right:) Good Luck!

Okay, I have no idea what you look like to say if you're overweight or not. Try checking your BMI (google it, you can find tons of calculators), and also try your waist to hip ratio (take your measurement around the narrowest part of your waist and the widest part of your hips, and divide). It should be less than 0.85 for women, and 1.0 for men. These will tell you if you are indeed over or underweight. If you think you're fat and you're not according to the measurements, call a community mental health clinic. They can help you get a clearer body image.

First of all, bears are godless killing machines and I don't like your name.

You should really go see a psychiatrist who specializes in people with food issues, and are developing or already have an ED.

you need self discipline. Even if you attempt to diet or to do excerise, you will eventually end up being fat again.
