I don't know how it works but I do know this, the normal or healthy rate to lose weight is around 1-2 pounds a week, (max. 10 pounds a month). Losing 20 pounds in a month can not be healthy. Usually this kind of things are a waste of money and could be harmful. Be careful with what you consume in order to lose weight most of this things are not worth it. If I were you I would use the money to see a nutritionist and get a healthy diet specially designed for me.
